Acre & Co. ships worldwide. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

We typically prepare orders for shipment within 10-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, estimated delivery takes 14-28 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include processing time.

When tracking is available, we’ll send it to the email address provided at checkout. If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
